Joy

Joy is Kyle's little sister. She is the one that made me feel the most welcomed into their family when they first met me. You know how you feel when you go and meet the boyfriend's family. I was so nervous when I walked into Kyle's parents house. Joy and Corey were sitting on the couch looking at me as Kyle was introducing me to his mom and dad. After what seemed like an eternity Joy finally says "Wow Kyle she is cute." I immediately sighed a sign of relief. As time went on Joy transferred to Texas Tech University and that is when we got the closest. She became one of my best friends. She was there when Kyle proposed to me and she was one of my bridesmaids. The picture above is one from her wedding. She married a guy named Trey. He is so sweet and wonderful to her. He knows how to tell her no, which is EXTREMELY important especially for Joy. It was so fun watching them fall in love, get married and they are now expecting a little girl in January. Her name will be Ella Love. Their beloved grandmother's name was Lovella so Joy turned the name around. I think it is a super cute name.

Joy is the type of person that makes any room or situation fun. She is extremely truthful which is a great characteristic to have. I am so glad that she is my sister-in-law. I really consider her one of my sisters.
