My poor sweet baby woke up yesterday with a fever, runny nose, coughing and was so fussy. Called the Dr.'s office at 8:00 in the morning. I wanted an appointment in the morning. They said can you be here in 30 minutes. UMMM...No, I am still in my PJ's, I have snot all over me, Hunter just threw up and now we both have vomit on us. So no I cannot make it there in 30 minutes. So, we got an appointment for 1030. It was interesting getting ready with a fussy baby who belts out a ear piercing scream every time you put him down. So I got ready with one hand. Try putting eye liner on with one hand. I should have just nixed the makeup. Get to the Dr. appointment and wait for only 10 minutes to see a Dr. I LOVE Forrest Lane Pediatrics and I LOVE our pediatrician Dr McGonnel. He listens and does not think I am crazy. He looks at Hunter and says AWWW...he does not feel good. Dr. McGonnel looks in Hunter's ears and low and behold he has a left ear infection. Hunter was also swabed for RSV and thank God that came back NEGATIVE!
They faxed my prescription to CVS and it was ready when I got there. That almost never happens. Got home gave Hunter his first dose of antibiotics and some Tylenol. By the time his Daddy got home, Hunter was back to his happy go lucky self. He slept fairly well last night and is taking a pretty good nap now. Praise Jesus for antibiotics!

So glad he is feeling better. Poor little guy. I was laughing when I was reading that you were putting on makeup... rookie mistake... you'll learn how to live without makeup!
