13 Months

My little guy is 13 months old. I cannot believe how fast the last 13 months has gone. He has changed so much in the last month. He looks more like a toddler and less like a baby every day. It makes me sad. He has quite the temper and likes to show me when he doesn't get his way. I have never liked it when kids throw fits. It drives me crazy. I have no idea what to do when he does this. I feel like he is too young to spank him but too old not to do anything. I have been spatting his hand and he just looks at me like "What was that, did you mean that as discipline?" It does not faze him. I agree with spanking 100% but when do I start?

He weighs 23 pounds and is 30 inches long.

He can say Mama, Dada, Wawa (water), Dog, Thank you, Eye, Hi, Bye, Ball, Donkey (don't ask me why this animal-Maybe because he is most like a Donkey...STUBBORN), and baby. That's all I can think of, it seems like he says more than that.

He will lay his head on my lap or Kyles shoulder and say AHHH. He is running with his walker but will not take a step with out it. I kid that he will be two before he takes his first steps. He is mostly a very happy boy and the apple of his daddy and my eye.

He knows where his eyes are and we are working on ears. Sometimes he gets the two confused. When he does something that he is proud about he looks at you and starts to clap...he thinks it is hilarious when you clap back.

He can crawl up the stairs and he wants to do it all by himself..Independent like his Mama!

He is such a joy to be around and I am blessed to be his Mama. My heart melts every time he says my name or reaches for me. I love him so much. He is my little boy.
