Well as you can tell by the ticker I lost 1.4 pounds last week! I have been tracking my calories in a journal and working out. I have been doing a work out video called 30 day shred. It says on the front that you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days. But, I think you are supposed to do it everyday. Well I am not doing it every day. I worked out 4 days last week. This week I am not off to a good start. I have a cold and my energy level is extremely low. But I am going to get back on the work out train tomorrow. I am still calculating my caloric intake and it seems to be going well.
It is funny how losing a pound makes you feel. I know when I got on the scale this morning I was so nervous. I kept thinking don't be discouraged if it is the same as last week. It has only been a week. And then FLASH one pound lighter! I was so excited, Hunter and I did a Mommy's getting skinnier dance around the room. He thought it was so much fun. I feel better too after working out. More energized...healthier
Kyle measured my, arms, legs, waist, hips and bust. I was going to have him measure me last night so I could post how many inches I have lost. But then I got to thinking, I probably have not lost very many inches in a week so I will have him re-measure me in two weeks.
