Our Beautiful Half Bath

We have been in the process of remodeling our house since we moved in almost three years ago. It is almost done. The past two weeks we have been working on our half bath down stairs. I wanted to do something fun and different. Kyle tore out the vanity and we bought a vanity that looks like a dresser with a sink in it. He also installed the vanity and the faucet along with redoing the pluming. He is so handy! Then I painted the bathroom a gold shimmer color. Joy came over 3 days last week and painted the scrolls. I LOVE the way it turned out. Joy worked so hard on it. I think we both thought it would not take that long to do but man were we wrong. It looks AMAZING and she did a great job!

Here are some pictures of it!

While Joy painted I watch Ella and tried to keep her from "helping" her mommy too much. But it was difficult since she LOVES her momma! Thank goodness that the weather was so nice last week. We pretty much stayed out side and played. She is so sweet with Hunter. She would bend down with her mouth wide open and give him a kiss. When he was fussy she would pick up his passy and try to put it in his mouth. She was so much fun to play with.

Here are some pics of Ella and Hunter:

This is Hilarious:

Ella is such a good helper!

Are you sure that's the same bathroom? WOW! I can't believe the difference a little paint can make. Joy is very talented. It looks so good! Can't wait to see it in person ;)

Wow!!! That looks fabulous! How much does Kyle charge an hour? :) We could sure use some help over here in Smithville. And the painting really makes it look so professional. Enjoy it! I'm sure it definitely makes going to the bathroom much more fun. :)

Much love,
Stacie
